Pass Box provides a safe and efficient way to transfer raw materials, finished products or packed items between areas of different clean room classification, minimizing the risk of contamination.

Pass boxes are specially produced according to the project and can operate dependently or independently of the ventilation system according to the demand.

A pass box is designed in two different types: Static and Dynamic.

Static Pass Box:

• Suitable for transferring materials between cleanrooms with identical cleanliness levels.
• Features UV light and an interlock system.

Dynamic Pass Box:

• Ideal for transferring materials between areas with differing cleanliness levels
• Includes additional features like HEPA filters (typically H14, capturing 99.995% of particles at 0.3 microns), a differential pressure gauge, and a motor blower for dust removal.
