Nitrogen Protein Analyzer
The nitrogen/protein analysis according to Kjeldahl is up to date still the reference method in analytics. With its high degree of versatility, the method is suitable for many applications, e.g. food analysis, feed analysis, soil or water analysis.
The semi-Automatic Kjeldahl distillation unit has different applications such as determining ammoniacal nitrogen, protein determination, nitrogen content (Kjeldahl or direct alkaline distillation), nitric nitrogen (after reduction/Devarda), phenols, volatile acids, cyanides and alcohol content. Measure principle steps of the instrument are shown as follows (Kjeldahl nitrogen determination principle) sampling – digestion – distillation – titration – calculation.
Proposed analyzer is manufactured using exceptional quality components and sophisticated techniques in tandem with set industry standards. The semi-automatic Kjeldahl distillation unit runs automatically, after setting distilltion time, sodium hydroxide and water addition and steam generation output level using the colour touch screen. The high-precision pumps ensure constant accurate dosing of reagents.
